1. TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply between KDOGIFT LTD ("Mini", "we", "us", "our") and you as a user of our website at www.mini.gifts ("Website") and the Mini mobile application ("App"). The Website and the App are collectively referred to as the "Services."

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

3. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES

The App allows users to create "Gift Projects," browse gift ideas through a swipe-based interface, and receive a curated list of product recommendations. Currently, the App does not facilitate the purchase of products; users are provided with links or information to external sites for purchasing. We do not process payments or manage orders for products. Purchases are made directly through third-party retailers, and we do not assume any liability for these transactions.

4. ACCOUNT CREATION & USE OF SERVICES

  • The App uses Apple Sign-In on iOS devices and Google Sign-In on Android devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your associated accounts.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating a Gift Project.
  • You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • If we suspect unauthorized use, violations of these Terms, or security concerns, we may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion.
  • Marketing may be displayed in the Services, including personalized recommendations and third-party promotions related to your preferences.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

By using the Services, you agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities.
  • Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Use automated systems (e.g., bots) to access or interact with the Services.
